KJ Insulation Rolls & Sheet

DESCRIPTION

KJ’s insulation rolls & sheet are made from closed cell NBR rubber foam, which has closed cell & non-porous structure. They can be coated with different types of foil & self-adhesive backing as per customer demands. It is manufactured without CFC’s, HFC’s.it is also formaldehyde free, fiber free & resists mold & mildew.

Uses/Application

KJ’s insulation rolls & sheet are particularly adaptable for insulating ductwork, large piping & fitting, tanks, & vessels. It retards heat gain & control condensation from chilled water & refrigeration system. They are very flexible to make all type of fitting cover insulation. The working temperature for Rolls & sheet insulation is 40 C to +120 C.

RESISTANCE TO MOISTURE VAPOUR FLOW

The closed-cell structure and unique formulation of KJ Insulation effectively retard the flow of moisture vapour and is considered a low transmittance vapour retarded. For most application, KJ Insulation needs no additional protection. Additional vapour barrier protection may be necessary for KJ Insulation when installed on low temperature surfaces that are exposed to continuous high humidity
