DESCRIPTION

KJ Glue is a solvent adhesive mainly developed for rubber based materials. It has good compatibility with closed cell rubber foam, different metal surfaces, rigid PVC sheet, Formica, PU Foam. It is particularly suitable for joining of closed cell rubber insulation with Galvanize steel air duct & copper Pipes.

Uses

Apply an even film of adhesive by brush or spreader to joining surface to be bonded with. Spread evenly a thin layer of adhesive on the two surfaces to be joined. Ensure the coverage & keep the surface separate until both adhesive film is dry. This usually takes 10-15 minutes. When the both surface are completely finger dry bring the two coated surfaces into contact& press strongly together over the whole bond area to ensure complete adhesion, hold for 5-10 seconds
